Take the A14 eastwards past Huntingdon and Cambridge, and on towards Felixstowe. At Bury St Edmunds turn off left to follow the A143 by-passing Diss and Bungay to Beccles. On the outskirts of Beccles turn right onto the A146 for Lowestoft.

From the South: 

Follow the A12 to Ipswich, then the A14 eastwards in the direction of Felixstowe. Beyond Ipswich rejoin the A12 and continue north, following the signs to Lowestoft.

In Lowestoft, drive towards the town centre. Shortly after crossing the harbour bridge, with Macdonalds ahead of  you, bear right and carry on for a short distance in the L/H lane to a T-junction facing the docks. Turn left into Battery Green Road (B1385) and continue until you come to a roundabout near a Ford garage. Take the 3rd exit (Whapload Road), go past the church on your left, and with the Initial Laundry on your R/H and Contract Plumbing on your L/H turn sharp left into Crown Score. Polgain is the last unit up the hill on your right.
